[ Lettuce Place Setting for Bunny Day ]

It will be brunch at my house this year. I have many great items that I want to incorporate into my tablescape but need to visualize the ideas prior to making a decision. First, I’m focusing on the adult table. I want to use my Italian green lettuce plates, which screams a bunny theme.   I started with light blue linen tablecloth.  Although using the paper runners is a thought, linen is a softer traditional look.

The green plate needs another color to pop.  A trip to Home Goods, gave me so many ideas, napkins with coral pink bunnies, or dishtowels with pink boarder and just bunny ears.  I couldn’t decide. Like a good shopper into the cart they go. There, I found Kim Seybert napkin rings that are darling nests with pastel eggs, perfect!

BTW: Kim Seybert designs are top of the line. To find them at Home Goods is a great find. Since the napkins rings have some gold accents, the gold plated flatware is a good compliment, especially with gold-rimmed water goblets.

Tartlet pans hold the individual bunny tea lights.

I fluctuated on the centerpiece, for the harvest table, this glass container garden with moss and rose buds has elegance. Then, the pink glass bunny tea light holders bring out more pink tones.

The other option is to stay with the bunny family sculpture and use hot pink cyclamen for more pop. Decisions, decisions, and I haven’t even thought of the menu! I love setting the table and playing with ideas. I still have several weeks to decide.
