[Pink End of Summer Party]
Party time! It’s the last week of unofficial summer, and time to let go of the whites. Let’s have a pink party and celebrate in the pink. Invite your guests to wear pink to add to the pink theme. My guests are greeted by my Schiaparelli pink door, and flamingo welcome mat.
Once inside I fill the entrance with pink balloons creating a skyline of ribbons. Guests are greeted by flamingo art that transfers them warm, sunny thoughts.
Place Setting: Flamingo salad plate on a white plate. You can find lots of flamingo themed paper products at TJMaxx companies. Added my flamingo stemmed martini glasses that serves a watermelon and cucumber martini. Recipe on Pinterest.
Linens: don’t know what to do with that Pottery Barn baby crib quilt, that you have been saving? Use it as a table line. Baby quilts make great DIY table linens.
Centerpiece: a faux metal topiary, tiger lilies, and artificial moss rocks. All highlighted with flamingo mini lights, and tea lights. Don’t forget the flamingo straws! Use clear glass containers for you flowers, etc. This gives a feeling of open
space.
Now, if I can only find a place for those flamingo drink floats. Tea lights are a perfect fit in these adorable floats. Stay tuned to TableGlamour’s social media; Facebook and Instagram to see more.
